RESERVE CAMP BINACHI

We have a specific reservation process at Camp Binachi. Before you arrive at camp, you must complete and sign some forms, which can be mailed, faxed, or brought to the Scout Service Center. Our dining hall and kitchen were updated after a tornado in 2020 and are now a premier facility for corporate meetings, weddings, receptions, and other social events.


Camp Policies

This two-page document explains all rules and regulations for staying at Camp Binachi. We ask that you please review these policies with the entire group that will be staying with you at Binachi.

Permit Form

The above form is one page - and it will need to be filled out by the leader of your group and signed by an employee at the Council Service Center. This will need to be done at least two weeks before your planned stay at Camp Binachi.

This form explains the pricing for large groups who intend to use any building or special areas at Camp Binachi. These include the Dining Hall, Brookshire Cabin, and Shooting/Archery ranges.

Rental Guidelines, Policies, and Procedures for Weddings and

This is for all outside groups wishing to rent the Dining Hall, Reception Hall, kitchen, and chapel for weddings, receptions, and all other social events.

Pricing List

This is the pricing list for regular camping. The pricing will differ slightly depending on whether you are a Scout Pack or Troop - or another group that is not affiliated with Scouting.

List of Leaders & Scouts

We will need this form filled out completely on the day that you are to leave the campground. Before you can leave, you will need to review this form with our Camp Ranger so that he can ensure that everything is in the order it was when you arrived. We will need the names of everyone who stayed with your group. The bottom half of the form will be used as a receipt of payment. We would rather you pay beforehand, but if you pay at Camp Binachi, this will tell us that you did.
